Joel Anzelc brings over 23 years of extensive construction experience to tenant improvement projects throughout Northern California, Oregon and Washington. Joel graduated from California State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Joel brings more than 20 years of commercial construction experience in all types of commercial projects from office, industrial, banking, retail, and government. He oversees projects completely from pre-construction through construction completion and will work closely with the design team, the client and the tenant to ensure schedules are met and that project costs are within the approved budget. He brings extensive experience in "Complex Fast-Track" tenant improvement projects and has overseen projects ranging from $100,000 to over $14,000,000 million throughout Northern California, Oregon and Washington. He has worked on both the General Contractor and the Construction Management sides, overseeing projects for Bank of America, Whole Foods, CHP, Department of Justice, Department of Conservation, USDA Forest Service and Jones and Stokes to name a few.
Joel, a native resident of Northern California, started his career as a project laborer while working his way through College. During this time, he worked his way up to Project Superintendent while getting hands on experience working in every trade. After College, he continued working his way to General Superintendent, Project Manager and then Senior Project Manager where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction from estimating to field personnel.
Joel joined Bluett as Vice President, National Construction to oversee all construction throughout the US. He is a graduate of Sacramento State's School of Business and is a member of the U.S Green Building Council and Associated Builders and Contractors. He is active in coach and mentor in both youth sports and business.
